Everything we create is the result of inspired craftmanship, and the use of raw materials as pure as possible. A large variety of biscuits is baked without any instant cakemix. Puff-paste will be turned as long as a great croissant demands, and working with  delicate Valrhona is done with dedication. We love to do so and we know how.
